FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of November 20, 2013 (this “Supplemental Indenture”), by and among DIRECTV Holdings LLC (the “Company” or an “Issuer”), a Delaware limited liability company, DIRECTV Financing Co., Inc.
