This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of February 18, 2014, among EQT Midstream Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors party hereto, each lender from time to time party hereto, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender, and an L/C Issuer, and the other L/C Issuers named herein.
