This Amendment No. 4 (this “Amendment”) to the Third Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Plains Marketing, L.P., a Texas limited partnership (the “Partnership), is hereby adopted effective as of January 1, 2013, by Plains GP LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “General Partner”) and Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Limited Partner” and, together with the General Partner, collectively referred to as the “Partners”).
