This participation agreement (the “Participation Agreement”) is subject to the terms and conditions of the Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. 2014 Amended and Restated Employee Stock Purchase Plan and any applicable sub-plan (collectively, the “Plan”), which has been established by Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc.
