THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of May 20, 2013, between Community Choice Financial Inc., an Ohio corporation (together with its successors, the “Company”), and Kyle Hanson, who is an employee of the Company or one of its Subsidiaries (the “Grantee”). Capitalized terms, unless defined in this Agreement, shall have the same meanings as in the Plan (as defined below).
