This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of July 1, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and among STAG INDUSTRIAL, INC., a Maryland corporation (“Company”), STAG INDUSTRIAL OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, L.P. (“Partnership”), a Delaware limited partnership, and GEOFFREY G. JERVIS (“Executive”) to affirm the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment.
