This Interest Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 10, 2014, by and among Phoenix Physicians, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company”), EmCare, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”), the Persons listed on Schedule I attached hereto (the “Sellers” and, individually, a “Seller”), and Steven M.
