This SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of October 31, 2014 and entered into by and among UNITEK GLOBAL SERVICES INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party hereto, constituting Required Lenders, and CERBERUS BUSINESS FINANCE, LLC, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”, as successor in interest to FBR Capital Markets LT, Inc.
