This MARGIN LOAN AGREEMENT (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 30, 2014 by and among LMC CHEETAH 4, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as Borrower (the “Borrower”), LIBERTY BROADBAND CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), as Guarantor (the “Guarantor”), [ ], as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) and as Calculation Agent (in such capacity, the “Calculation Agent”), [ ], as initial Lender (in such capacity, the “Initial Lender”), and any other Lender from time to time party hereto (collectively with the Initial Lender (so long as Initial Lender is a party hereto), the “Lenders”).
