This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is dated as of September 5, 2014 (“Agreement”) by and between HANGER PROSTHETICS & ORTHOTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and THOMAS KIRALY (the “Executive”).
