This Executive Severance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of April 6, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp., a California corporation (the “Company”), and David J. Castagnola (“Executive”). For purposes of this Agreement (other than Section 1(g) below), the “Company” shall mean the Company and its subsidiaries.
