Modern Woodmen of America (the “Society”), for itself and on behalf of one or more separate accounts of the Society (“Separate Accounts”), American Funds Distributors, Inc. THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 11th day of March, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Modern Woodmen of America (“the Society”), a fraternal benefit society organized under the laws of the State of Illinois (on behalf of itself and certain of its separate accounts); MWA Financial Services, Inc. (the “Distributor”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois; American Funds Distributors, Inc. (“AFD”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California; and Capital Research and Management Company (“CRMC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.
