This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of EQT Midstream Services, LLC (the “Company”), dated May 15, 2015, is adopted, executed and agreed to by EQT GP Holdings, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“EQGP”), as the sole member of the Company (in such capacity, the “Sole Member”).
