This Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of May 22, 2015, by and between Tuniu Corporation, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and Unicorn Riches Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Unicorn”).
