REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 30, 2015, by and among eHi Car Services Limited, a Cayman Islands company, with headquarters located at Unit 12/F, Building No.5, Guosheng Center, 388 Daduhe Road, Shanghai, 200062, The People’s Republic of China (the “Company”), and the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (each, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
