This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between AudioEye, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an address at 5210 E. Williams Circle, Suite 500, Tucson, Arizona 85711 (the “Company”), and Carr Bettis, a natural person (“Executive”).
