This Assignment of Shares is made effective as of August 14, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Red Football Limited Partnership, a Nevada limited partnership (the “Assignor”) and Kevin Glazer Irrevocable Exempt Family Trust (the “Assignee”).
