THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 3, 2015, among GENER8 MARITIME, INC., a Marshall Islands corporation (the “Parent”), GENER8 MARITIME SUBSIDIARY II INC., a Marshall Islands corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party hereto from time to time, and NORDEA BANK FINLAND PLC, NEW YORK BRANCH (“Nordea”), as Facility Agent (in such capacity, the “Facility Agent”) and as Collateral Agent under the Security Documents (in such capacity, the “Collateral Agent”).
