The aforesaid $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2030 Notes (the “Initial Notes”) to be purchased by the Underwriters and all or any amount of the $15,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2030 Notes subject to the option described in Section 2(b) hereof (the “Option Notes”), are hereinafter called, collectively, the “Notes.” The Notes are to be issued pursuant to an indenture dated January 15, 2013 and a supplemental indenture, dated as of October 5, 2015 (together, the “Indenture”), each between the Company and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”), in denominations and integral multiples of $25.00.
