Kenneth Hoberman (the “Executive”) has been employed by Stemline Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, since March 2012 (each, a “Party” and both, “Parties”). The Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) has determined that it is in the best interests of the Company to enter into an employment agreement with the Executive.
