This Limited Guarantee (this “Limited Guarantee”), dated as of February 4, 2016, is made by Ocean Imagination L.P. (the “Guarantor”), an exempted limited partnership registered under the laws of the Cayman Islands, in favor of eLong, Inc., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Guaranteed Party”).
