THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Second Amendment”) is made as of March 2, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a Delaware corporation (the “Employer”), and Jack Khattar (the “Executive”).
