THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this 17th day of March, 2014 by and among The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company (the “Company”), an Indiana life insurance company, on its own behalf and on behalf of each of its segregated asset accounts named on Schedule A (the “Account”); FIRST TRUST VARIABLE INSURANCE TRUST, a business trust organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Fund”); and FIRST TRUST PORTFOLIOS, L.P., an Illinois limited partnership (the “Distributor”) (each a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”).
