CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 10, 2016, among LIFEPOINT HEALTH, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”); the financial institutions listed on Schedule 2.01, as such Schedule may from time to time be supplemented and amended (the “Lenders”); CITIBANK, N.A., (“Citi”) as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) for the lenders and as syndication agent (in such capacity, the “Syndication Agent”); CITI, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.
