This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 10th day of August, 2016, and effective as of August 10, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), between Elizabeth Crowley (the “Executive”) and CELLDEX THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) (collectively, the Executive and the Company shall be referred to as the “Parties”).
