This SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 8, 2016, is by and between Lpath, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Lpath”), Apollo Endosurgery, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”), and the undersigned holder (the “Stockholder”) of securities of Buyer.
