This Software Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of November 2nd, 2016 (“Effective Date”), by and between SiteHelix Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its corporate office located at 3139 Old Mill Circle, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121 (“SiteHelix”), and Overstock.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with a place of business at 799 W.
