Agreement and Plan of Merger (referred to interchangeably as this “Agreement” or the “Plan of Merger”), dated as of November 6, 2016, among Insight Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Reef Acquisition Co., a Minnesota corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub”), and Datalink Corporation, a Minnesota corporation (the “Company”).
