This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 29th of November, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), between Theresa LaVallee (the “Executive”) and CELLDEX THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) (collectively, the Executive and the Company shall be referred to as the “Parties”).
