In recognition of your continuing key role at Azure Midstream Partners LP (“Azure”) and Azure Midstream Energy LLC (“AME” and together with Azure, the “Companies”), you shall be entitled to a retention bonus upon the terms and conditions set forth in this letter agreement (this “Agreement”).
