THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of January 11, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CDTI” or the “Company”), and Peter J. Chase (“Executive”).
