This SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of May , 2017, is by and between Synlogic, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the Person set forth on Schedule A (the “Stockholder”).

The undersigned signatory of this lock-up agreement (this “Lock-Up Agreement”) understands that [ ], a Delaware corporation (“Meerkat”) proposes to enter into an Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reorganization (as the same may be amended from time to time, the “Merger Agreement”) with Meerkat Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Meerkat (“Merger Sub”), and Synlogic, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), which provides, among other things, for the merger of Merger Sub with and into the Company, with the Company continuing as the surviving corporation (the “Merger”), upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Merger Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Merger Agreement.
