Glenn M. Karisch, attorney ad litem for certain Unit Holders of the TEL Offshore Trust specified below, RNR Production Land and Cattle Company Inc., Albert Speisman, Joyce E. Speisman, and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., solely in its capacity as the Corporate Trustee of the TEL Offshore Trust, enter this Settlement Agreement.
