This SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 10, 2017, is entered into by and among Halcón Resources Corporation (the “Company”) and the undersigned investment advisors or managers (as applicable) for the account of beneficial holders (together with their respective successors and permitted assigns and any subsequent holder that becomes party hereto in accordance with the terms hereof, each a “Consenting Holder” and, collectively, the “Consenting Holders”) of the Company’s 6.75% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) and the related guarantees thereof (together with the Notes, the “Securities”) issued under that certain Indenture, dated as of February 16, 2017, by and among the Company, the subsidiary guarantors of the Company party thereto (the “Guarantors”) and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the “Indenture”).
