SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of December 21, 2017, among EP Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), Everest Acquisition Finance Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with the Company, the “Issuers”), and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
