This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on January 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), between Richard Wright, Ph.D. (the “Executive”) and CELLDEX THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) (collectively, the Executive and the Company shall be referred to as the “Parties”).
