This TERMINATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 29, 2017, is entered into by and between Select Energy Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Select”), and Crestview Advisors, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “Management Provider”).
