THIS INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 24, 2018, by and among QTS Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company” or the “Indemnitor”) and Mazen Al-Rawashdeh (the “Indemnitee”).
