This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) dated and effective as of May 31, 2018, is by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (“State Street”), and each management investment company identified on Schedule A (each, a “Trust”).

AGREEMENT made this 22nd day of June, 2018, by and between The UBS Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) and UBS Asset Management (Americas) Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Advisor”), amending and restating the Investment Advisory Agreement dated December 10, 1998, as amended and restated.
