THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Third Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of November 20, 2018, among Monitronics International, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Issuer”), the Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture) and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
