This EXECUTIVE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered on the 29th day of January, 2019 and shall be effective as of the date of the closing of the merger between Penn National Gaming, Inc. and Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (the “Effective Date”), by Penn National Gaming, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Company”), and the senior executive who has executed this Agreement below (“Executive”).
