This Fourth Amended and Restated Reinsurance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Ceding Company”) and Union Hamilton Reinsurance, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Reinsurer”), effective on the Fourth Amended and Restated Effective Date, and it amends and restates in its entirety the Reinsurance Agreement entered into by the Ceding Company and the Reinsurer on the Original Effective Date, as previously amended. All changes reflected in this Agreement are effective as of the Fourth Amended and Restated Effective Date, unless otherwise specified.
