THIS AMENDMENT (the “Amendment”), dated as of September 5, 2018, is by and among The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company (the “Company”), ProFunds, Access One Trust (each of ProFunds or the Access One Trust referred to herein as the “Fund”), and ProFund Advisors LLC (the “Adviser”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
