This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (together with Exhibit A attached hereto, the “Agreement”) is entered as of August 1, 2019, by and between Streamline Health Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia (the “Company”), and William G. Garvis, a resident of the state of Georgia (“Executive”).
