THIS REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 17, 2017, by and between Professional Holding Corp., a Florida corporation and the parent company of Professional Bank (the “Company”), and the undersigned Investor (the “Investor”).
