This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 29th day of January, 2020 by and between GEORGE LISTA, an individual residing at 31 High Ridge Lane, Augusta, NJ 07822 (the "Employee"), SB ONE BANK, a New Jersey state chartered commercial bank with its principal place of business located at 95 State Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ 07652 (the "Bank"), and SB ONE BANCORP, a New Jersey corporation with its principal place of business located at 95 State Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ 07652 (the "Company"). The Bank and the Company are sometimes collectively referred to herein as "Employer".
