THIS AMENDMENT (the “Amendment”) to the Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement dated as of October 15, 2018 (the “Agreement”) of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Exchange LP (the “Partnership”) is made as of the 9th day of March, 2020 by the undersigned.
