THIS LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 30, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GATEWAY 80 OWNER, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Landlord”), and BLUE APRON, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Tenant”).
