This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated and to be effective as of March 22, 2017, is entered into by and among Broadway Financial Corporation, (“BFC”), Broadway Federal Bank, f.s.b. (the “Bank” and, together with BFC, the “Company”), and Wayne-Kent A. Bradshaw (the “Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates in full the Employment Agreement dated March 22, 2017 previously entered into by the same parties. As used herein, the term Company shall refer to BFC in respect of Executive’s services to BFC and to the Bank in respect of the Executive’s services to the Bank.
