This Expense Limitation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of April 10, 2020 by and between RMB Capital Management, LLC (the “Adviser”) and RMB Investors Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series identified on Schedule A attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Schedule A Fund”) and each series identified on Schedule B attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Schedule B Fund”) (each Schedule A Fund and Schedule B Fund, a “Fund”).
